Fit2Swim has quickly become one of the Sydney's most popular swim schools with over 1,500 weekly students. We were awarded best medium-size swim school in all Australia by the industry's governing body, Swim Australia. We also received the prestigious best small business award from Business NSW. Our amazing, talented teachers are a key part of our success. We are now looking for additional swimming instructors to join our wonderful team.

We are a friendly, family-run business catering for babies to adults in a brand-new, custom-built, heated, indoor facility. Not only is our water a very comfortable 32 degrees, our pool also has the healthiest water possible due to our state-of-the-art water purification system which reduces the chlorine level by 80%!

Requirements

  • Enjoys swimming as a hobby or sport

  • Minimum of 12 months' experience teaching swimming to children and/or adults

  • Passionate about developing students' swimming and water safety skills

  • Reliable and committed

  • Loves working with children

  • Has lots of energy and enthusiasm with a sense of fun

  • Communicates well and is an effective team player

Essential criteria

  • Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety / Swim Australia Teacher or equivalent

  • Current First Aid Certificate

  • Working With Children Check
