Fit2Swim is pleased to offer a sponsored training program to those keen to become a Swim Instructor. We pay for your Swim Instructor course and then provide on-the-job training with our experienced Swim Instructors, enabling you to obtain your instructor licence and join our team.

Requirements

• Experience in competitive-level swimming

• Experience with children, e.g. teaching or coaching, running kids' activity programs, baby sitting

• Passionate about developing students' swimming and water safety skills

• Reliable and committed

• Loves working with children

• Has lots of energy and enthusiasm with a sense of fun

• Communicates well and is an effective team player
